Main villa
The main villa at Susimetsa is a cosy, spacious holiday house where homely warmth, a cultured setting and modern comforts come together.
At its heart is a 40 m² salon with a fireplace, given its character by antique furniture, paintings and bookshelves. There are comfortable sofas, a large oval table, a television, a music system and a piano. The salon has room for shared evenings, long conversations and making music, as well as for seminars and meetings.
There are books all over the house. The spacious bedroom on the first floor can also be used as a quiet study, a good place to read, write or concentrate on creative and research projects.
The house has four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom on each floor and a separate guest WC. There are 11 beds in total, and with extra beds the house sleeps up to 14.
The balcony looks out over the park forest. Spacious terraces run along two sides of the house, and there is a cosy seating area under the vines: the place for morning coffee, meals in the fresh air and long summer evenings with friends.
The main villa comes with a roomy wood-fired sauna whose benches seat up to 10 people at once, with a large changing room and a shower room. After the sauna, relax in the hot tub or swim in the clear, sandy-bottomed pond.
The main villa suits families and groups of friends, birthdays and holidays together, as well as seminars, writing retreats and longer creative work. When the whole Susimetsa estate is rented, the main villa is the centre of shared events.
It is a house for being together and for being on your own: talking in front of the fire, reading a good book, or finding the peace that focused work needs.

Small villa
The small villa at Susimetsa is a cosy, light-filled loft-style holiday house whose windows look out over the pond and the park forest. Light-painted timber walls and an open sleeping loft give it a relaxed, homely feel.
The house has a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate bedroom and an open sleeping loft. There are 10 beds in total, and with extra beds it sleeps up to 12.
Behind the house is a private spa area with a new wood-fired tube sauna, whose large half-moon window looks out to the forest. Next to the sauna are a hot tub with bubbles and LED lights, a summer outdoor shower and a separate flushing WC.
The hot tub can be heated with wood or with a heat pump. In summer the heat pump keeps the water warm for several days in a row, so guests can enjoy the hot tub for their whole stay.
Behind the house there is also a seating and grilling area with a terrace for long summer evenings. In front of the house is your own jetty, straight into the clear, sandy-bottomed pond. Right next door is the children’s playground with climbing frames, swings, a trampoline and a sandpit.
The small villa is especially good for families with children and groups of friends who want a private break, saunas and swimming, and time in nature.

Event tent
The 8 × 9 m event tent at Susimetsa suits birthdays, small weddings, anniversaries, company summer days, seminars and shared meals for up to 40 guests.
Three sides of the tent have transparent walls, so you can enjoy the view of the park forest while staying sheltered from wind and rain.
The tent comes with tables, chairs and lighting. For seminars there are a screen, a projector and a flip chart. For cooler evenings there are gas heaters and blankets.
Next to the tent are the main villa’s terrace and its 40 m² salon with a fireplace, so an event can spread over several connected spaces.
What makes the Susimetsa event tent special is that you can rent the whole private estate with it, including accommodation, saunas, hot tubs and swimming.

Glamping tents
The three spacious, tall glamping tents at Susimetsa combine the closeness to nature of camping with comfortable accommodation. Each 20 m² tent has enough room for a family or a small group of friends.
Each tent normally has four separate beds, arranged as guests wish. Two beds can be pushed together into a double, and a fifth bed fits in if needed.
The tents have electricity, cosy lighting, an electric heater and sockets for charging phones. The high roof gives the tent a sense of space and makes it a pleasant place to stay.
A flushing WC with a washbasin stands at the forest edge. For washing, guests can use the showers in the Susimetsa saunas and houses.
The glamping tents are especially good for families with children, groups of friends and guests at larger events who want to sleep in nature without giving up the basic comforts.
A night in a glamping tent is an experience of its own: close to nature, yet comfortable and cosy.

Liisu forest cabin
Little Liisu is a cosy two-person sleeping cabin whose high gable roof makes the room feel surprisingly spacious.
The cabin has two separate wooden beds, warm lighting and simple, homely furnishings. Light wood, blinds, pictures and colourful textiles create a pleasant atmosphere.
The cabin has no bathroom or kitchen of its own. The WC and showers are in the shared facilities at Susimetsa.
The Liisu forest cabin is extra accommodation that can only be rented together with the main villa or the small villa.
