Seminar facilities

For seminars, there is a fully equipped event tent (8 × 9 m) with transparent walls on three sides. Available equipment includes tables, chairs, screen, projector, flipchart, and printer. Fast Wi-Fi is available.

For breaks or evening gatherings, guests can also use the spacious lounge with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, a piano, sound system, and a homely atmosphere. There are many outdoor activities available:

Accommodation for seminar groups

Accommodation at Susimetsa varies in size, privacy, and comfort – from private rooms in the villa to loft-style spaces and glamping options. This gives the whole complex a natural and distinctive character and allows flexible hosting of both large and small groups.

With smaller groups, guests can spread out more, significantly increasing comfort. Unlimited camping options are also available. If needed, additional guests can stay in hotels in Pärnu or nearby holiday homes.

Catering and additional options

Catering can be arranged in cooperation with partner catering services. On-site, there is a fully equipped kitchen, tableware, a spacious terrace, and seating areas.

After a seminar day, guests can relax in the sauna, hot tub, by the scenic pond, on the terrace, or around a bonfire. Evening programs can include grilling, nature walks, or relaxed time together in the lounge.
